All of our Activities are subject to our Terms and Conditions, so by booking your activity, you are accepting our terms and conditions.

 

Bookings
All of our activities need to be booked with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the activity commencing, we cannot guarantee that your chosen activity will be available due to other bookings. We will endeavour to provide the activity you have chosen however in the event we cannot provide your chosen activity we will offer an alternative or a voucher.  We require a minimum booking of two people or equivalent cost unless prior arrangement has been made.  
You need to be a relative fitness to participate in any of our activities. If one of our instructors deems it is not safe for you to be on and or continue with any activity they can terminate the activity immediately and you will no longer be able to participate. If your activity is terminated by one of our instructors due to your lack of fitness or health you will NOT be entitled to a refund. If your activity is cancelled due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances by Adrenalin Addicts we will offer to reschedule the activity for an alternate date or time, we will not offer refunds for activities affected by the weather or water conditions.

Who Can Book

Age limits vary between activities, please check the activity page for more info. All children must be accompanied by their parent when attending an activity. You must be medically fit and healthy if you have any pre existing conditions please contact us prior to booking.

Health and Safety

We are committed to ensuring your safety and complying with Health & Safety legislation. This means that there may be times where weather conditions mean some of our Activities are not safe to take part in. If in our absolute discretion we decide to delay Activities at any time on the day of the Booking, we will communicate any delays or cancellations to you via e-mail or SMS using the e-mail address and or mobile phone number provided during the booking process. 

 

Activities
Certain Activities Such as White Water Tubing, Coasteering and Extreme Canyoning / Canyoning are subject to weather along with river and ocean conditions therefor Adrenalin Addicts can cancel your activity up to 12 hours prior to your activity commencing. If this happens you will be offered a voucher or the opportunity to partake in another activity, alternatively, you can be rebooked to do the same activity on another day when conditions are better. Refunds will only be offered if an alternative activity is un available.

Whitewater Tubing

Whitewater Tubing is subject to river levels, we have a maximum and minimum tolerance that we can operate within. Please contact us prior to booking as limited spaces may be available. If you have booked Whitewater Tubing we will inform you prior to your activity commencing if we are able to run the activity   ( usually 24hrs prior ). If we are unable to provide the activity an alternative of Canyoning will be offered or a voucher.

Extreme Canyoning

As part of our Canyoning Activity we offer the opportunity to zipwire from a waterfall, please be aware we cannot always guarantee the zip-wire during the activity. We do require a minimum of 10  participants from a single group booking or more to guarantee the zipwire during the activity. If you are a party of less than 10 we may choose to abseil down the waterfall as an alternative to the zipwire.

Kayaking

We offer Kayaking on open top kayaks please be aware that you may be required to use Both the single and tandem kayaks during the activity so all participants can use a single kayak during the session.

 

Cancellations

All bookings made will be none refundable, we will always try our best to reschedule if you cannot attend however we need at lease 14 days notice as this will give us the opportunity to book other clients. Any refunds made by us will be charged with an administration fee of £20. Refunds will not be given for activities canceled due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances by Adrenalin Addicts we will offer to reschedule the activity for an alternate date or time.

Payment

Our online booking facility allows you to select a cash option. Please be aware if you select the cash option we will contact you to take payment over the phone for your activity. This will be detailed within your booking itinerary. Please note we require all deposits to be paid within three days of the date you booked the activity. If your deposit is not paid within three days we may cancel your activity.

Late Arrival

In the interests of others we operate a strict timekeeping policy. All Participants in your party must arrive at the relevant designated location at least 15 minutes prior to the activity commencement time. We will endeavour to get you back to the adventure finishing point within fifteen minutes of the scheduled finish time but cannot guarantee this due to Activity delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Failing to arrive at or before the scheduled time could mean you cannot partake in your chosen activity and you will not entitle you to a refund. There will be no compensation paid for consequential losses, lost or additional travelling expenses or other expenses of a similar nature.

Liability Forms

You will be required to complete our liability form online a minimum of 24hrs  prior to your activity commencing. If you do not complete the form, If this happens, no refund will be paid and we will not be liable for any compensation, consequential losses or any other losses arising. You will not be allowed to partake in the chosen activity and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you are required to complete a paper waiver an additional fee of £2 per waiver will need to be paid. All of our liability forms require that you sign to say you will not hold Adrenalin Addicts or any of our staff liable for any injury that may occur during the activity. You will also be signing to say you agree to be filmed and or having photos taken during your activity, and that the footage and photos can be used for legal purposes along with commercial and advertising purposes. All of our activities come with an element of danger and it is your responsibility to stay alert and keep from harm's way. Adrenalin Addicts LTD will not accept responsibility for any injury or death that may occur during your activity. Adrenalin Addicts recommend that you take out a personal accident and or injury insurance to cover yourself in the event of injury or death.

Vouchers

Vouchers bought directly from us are valid until the date printed on them. They cannot be redeemed after that date, unless an extension is purchased from us. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers we have on at the time of redemption.

In order to provide vouchers, it is necessary that we ask you for personal details of the person placing the order as well as any individual who will be redeeming the voucher. This is to allow us to generate and send vouchers. The data captured for this purpose may include but is not limited to Name, Address and Contact Details. This data will never be used for any reason other than processing your voucher order and will never be shared with a third party without your knowledge.

• Severe COPD, on portable or home Oxygen.
